ArgXP.com is an online advertising directory where adults, of legal age and independently, contract spaces to promote their professional services as escorts, masseuses or adult content creators. These are our company policies: the principles that govern how we operate, what we accept and what we reject without exception.

1. What we are and what we are not

We are an advertising platform. Our activity is limited to hosting, displaying and maintaining ads that each advertiser voluntarily and independently creates.

• We are not an agency, intermediary, representative or employer.

2. Zero tolerance for minors

The presence of minors under 18 years of age on our platform - as advertisers, in visual content or as users - is absolutely forbidden.

• All advertisers must prove that they are of legal age by means of a valid ID. Without verification, there is no publication.
• Any suspected or reported child sexual abuse material is immediately removed, preserved and reported to the competent authorities.

3. Zero tolerance for human trafficking and exploitation

We absolutely reject any form of trafficking, exploitation, coercion or servitude.

4. Consent and digital violence

All published content must belong to the advertiser or have the advertiser's express, free and verifiable consent.

5. Identity and age verification

Before publishing, each advertiser goes through a verification process that includes:

Important: the verification guarantees that the person in the ad matches the physical person who requested it. It does not guarantee the veracity of other data in the ad (stage name, availability, description of the service) or that the same person will show up for an agreed meeting with a third party.

6. Privacy and protection of personal data

We treat personal data in accordance with Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

Any person, whether advertiser or user, may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion by writing to our contact.

7. Intellectual property

We respect copyright, trademark and image rights in accordance with Law 11.723 on Intellectual Property and Article 31 of the Civil and Commercial Code (right to one's own image). Complaints for improper use are processed with removal of the content and notification to the advertiser.

8. Computer crime and security

We apply the provisions of Law 26.388 on Computer Crimes. We do not tolerate on our platform neither improper access to systems, nor fraud, nor identity theft, nor the dissemination of malware. We report any suspicious activity to the justice system.

9. Non-discrimination

We do not accept content that promotes hatred, violence or discrimination based on gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability or any other condition. We adhere to Law 23.592 (Discriminatory Acts) and Law 26.743 (Gender Identity).

10. Moderation and Reporting

Any person - advertiser, user or third party - may report content that he/she considers unlawful or contrary to these policies through the channels in point 13.

• Notifications are reviewed by real persons within reasonable time frames.
• Any removal decision may be appealed by the affected advertiser.

11. Cooperation with authorities

We cooperate with Argentine judicial, police and administrative authorities in response to legitimate, well-founded and formally notified requirements (court orders, tax requirements, AAIP orders, etc.). This cooperation is carried out respecting due process and the fundamental rights of data subjects.

We review these policies at least once a year or when a regulatory change warrants it. The date of last update is listed at the beginning of the document.
