ArgXP.com is an online advertising directory where adults, of legal age and independently, contract spaces to promote their professional services as escorts, masseuses or adult content creators. These are our company policies: the principles that govern how we operate, what we accept and what we reject without exception.
1. What we are and what we are not
.We are an advertising platform. Our activity is limited to hosting, displaying and maintaining ads that each advertiser voluntarily and independently creates.

2. Zero tolerance for minors

5. Identity and age verification
.Before publishing, each advertiser goes through a verification process that includes:
- Current Argentine ID card or equivalent identity document .

Important: the verification guarantees that the person in the ad matches the physical person who requested it. It does not guarantee the veracity of other data in the ad (stage name, availability, description of the service) or that the same person will show up for an agreed meeting with a third party.

8. Computer crime and security
.We apply the provisions of Law 26.388 on Computer Crimes. We do not tolerate on our platform neither improper access to systems, nor fraud, nor identity theft, nor the dissemination of malware. We report any suspicious activity to the justice system.
9. Non-discrimination
We do not accept content that promotes hatred, violence or discrimination based on gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability or any other condition. We adhere to Law 23.592 (Discriminatory Acts) and Law 26.743 (Gender Identity).
10. Moderation and Reporting
Any person - advertiser, user or third party - may report content that he/she considers unlawful or contrary to these policies through the channels in point 13.

11. Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate with Argentine judicial, police and administrative authorities in response to legitimate, well-founded and formally notified requirements (court orders, tax requirements, AAIP orders, etc.). This cooperation is carried out respecting due process and the fundamental rights of data subjects.
